Services Offered:
 
1. Home care evaluation and adjustment for safety and comfort for the individual needs, working with the existing structure and style to accommodate individuals with mobility limitations
2. Medical Device evaluation and equipment supply
3. When living at home is not an option, we’ll research and recommend the facility that will meet our clients’ needs. We provide transition follow up.
4. Placement Services for nurses or nurses-aids: help you find the aid that not only has the right qualifications, but fits the individual needs.
 
What Home Adjustments Offered:
 
The purpose of home adjustments is to make the home functional and adapted to individual needs.
Whether short or long term adjustment are needed, we work with the existing style, design and aesthetics aspects.
The adjustments can be minor: such as adding grab bars in the bathroom for safety, non-skid surface, magnifying mirrors, lowering cabinets, adding lightings.
 
Or more extensive changes such as: adding rumps, adjusting sinks, sliding bar shower heads, creating roll in shower space or baths with ADA accessories, specialty kitchen cabinets, flooring to make the home wheel chair accessible.
Sometimes, converting the first floor to a main living area is useful.

Parent Relocation Services Offered:
 
Some of our clients whish to move their aging parents to a closer geographic location.
We offer to find the right living space for your aging parents when you whish them to be near you in the Delaware Valley.
Sometime the solution can be to find an apartment, adjust it to their comfort and life-style, setting them up with nurses or aids.
Or, you may wish to move your parents from an existing facility in another part of the country, to a near-by facility in the Delaware Valley.
We offer help in finding the right place as well as help with the transition and follow up services.

All Services are highly individualized, reflecting the personal need of our clients.
Each client works with a single care coordinator who gets to know the family, the persons involved in the care giving in addition to the person in need of care.
Our relationships with our clients are personal and lasting.
 
Are Your Services Restricted To Seniors?
 
No, our services are offered to anyone who we can help!
In addition to seniors choosing to stay in their own home or relocate, we have worked with individuals who have disability due to illness, and restricted mobility due to sudden or illness.
